Unable to log in to laptop

If you are unable to log into your laptop, please follow these steps:

1) At the login screen, click on the globe in the lower right corner

2) You should then see a list of available Wifi networks. If Chrome or Chrome and then a number is listed, click on it and select Connect Automatically, then skip to Step 4. If Chrome is not listed, continue to the next step.

3) If Chrome is not listed, select Hidden Network without the lock icon on it. Make sure Connect automatically is selected and then click Connect. Next, type in "Chrome" without the quotation marks and press Next.

4) Now you should connect and the globe icon will change to a Wifi signal icon. Type in your username and password and you will get logged in.
