Follow this guide in order to clear the cookies and cache from your Internet Explorer Web Browser.
Note: Internet Explorer will no longer be supported by certain versions of Windows 10: June 15th, 2022.
Step 1 - Open Internet Explorer and select the "Tools" gear icon.
Step 2 - Hover over "Safety," and select "Delete browsing history..."
Step 3 - Before selecting delete at the bottom of the "Delete Browsing History" menu, make the following changes:
- Uncheck "Preserve Favorites website data"
- Uncheck "History"
- Check "Temporary Internet files and website files"
- Check "Cookies and website data"
Step 4 - Exit out of all Internet Explorer windows to completely to restart your Internet Explorer Browser, and you're done!
