Clearing Cookies & Cache - Chrome

Follow this guide in order to clear the cookies and cache from your Google Chrome web browser.

Step 1 - Open Chrome and click on the 3 dots in the top right of the window.

Step 2 - Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu that opens after step 1.

Step 3 - Select "Privacy and Security" from the left-hand side of the settings page.

Step 4 - Select "Clear Browsing Data" from within the Privacy and Security menu.

Step 5 - Select the "Advanced" tab within the "Clear browsing data" menu.

• Change the Time Range to: All time
• Select "Cookies and other site data" AND "Cached images and files"
• Press the blue "Clear data" button at the bottom of the menu once the above steps have been completed.

Note: Using the Basic tab to clear the cookies and cache is also correct, just make sure both checkboxes are selected.

Step 6 - Exit out of all Chrome windows to completely to restart the browser, and you're done!
