Fixing the "No Signal" Error on Boxlight

  1. Plug the laptop into the docking station or power on the desktop connected to the Boxlight.
  2. Right click on the desktop after logging into whichever kind of device you are using.
  3. Select display settings from this menu.
  4. Scroll down to advanced display settings on this page.
  5. Within the Choose display drop down, select the PC - Monitor display. This is the Boxlight.
  6. Once the PC - Monitor display is selected at the top, scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Refresh Rate drop down and select 50Hz.
  7. If you change your display settings at all, this may reset the refresh rate for your Boxlight. Repeat the instructions from step 4 if you are still experiencing the "No Signal" message on your Boxlight.
