When connected to your smartboard either through a desktop or docking station you might come across touch or smart ink writing or selecting items on the wrong display. "Follow the steps below in order to get smart ink and touch working correctly on your smartboard."
In order to correct the smart feature to work on the smartboard, you will need to first locate how to orient your board.
Go to the windows search bar>Type in Smart Settings>Locate Orient/align the SMART product. Click on it and you'll get the Orient screen.
If the Orient screen appears on any display beside your smartboard. You will need to click on the spacebar on the keyboard to move the Orientation screen. Move it till you see it on your smartboard then follow the alignment steps. Next test your smartboard to make sure touch & smart ink work on the smartboard.
