Installing Smart products
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to install smart products. In this guide, you'll be able to install/reinstall your smart products by yourself.
Note: If you try to install smart products but can't, make sure Windows on your device is completely up to date with no pending updates. That will prevent you from installing through the D87 App Store.
Locating The Installer
The picture below will show you 2 steps on how to install smart products.
Step 1: Double click on D87 App Store on your desktop.
Step 2: Locate your D87 App Store window on the taskbar below.
Installing The Smart Products

Step 1: Locate Smart Products in the list.
- Smart Notebook will install all smart products on your device.
- Smart Gallery Essentials
- Smart Ink
- Smart Lesson Activity Tool Kit
- Smart Notebook
- Smart Product Drivers
Step 2: Installing Smart Products.
- If you don't have smart products on your desktop/laptop click the install button.
- If you have smart products but are having issues with smart notebooks you can click on reinstall.
