When connected to your smartboard, either through a dock or directly to the board inputs you should be able to select the "Input" button and display your device's screen on the board.
When selecting your input, it displays a "preview" of the device that is connected to the input. When you select that input, it should almost immediately display on your board.
Problem:
Once the input is selected, it is stuck on "Connecting."
Solution:
Make sure that the video cable is securely connected to both the smartboard and your device. If the cable is even just slightly loose, it may be able to detect that there is a video input, but it will not be able to display it.
