Schedule E is a document that is provide by a vendor of a D87 Approved Application that must be signed and posted to the public list of District 87 Approved Apps, in accordance with Illinois Law under SOPPA, which took effect on July 1, 2021.
No applications that require any student data should be used, as outlined in the updated 2021-22 Staff AUP, without being approved and a signed Schedule E document
Attached is an example of a Schedule E document. If vendors do not have this agreement, they may use this as a template, to add their own privacy policy terms concerning student data used.

Note: As of the 2021-22 school year, NO applications will be approved without following the submission process on the D87 App & Tech Hub.
