Message Center – posting to family wall and sending emails
Navigate to Message Center within Skyward – From My Classes or My Gradebook
From My Classes, click on Class Options next to a class and then choose Message Center:
From My Gradebook, Click on Other Access and then choose Message Center:
From here all of the screens are the same. On the next screen you can choose to Add Message for Multiple Classes or for Current Class
Choose the option you want and then the screens are similar after that. Within Multiple Classes you can choose all or one or more of your classes.
On the next screen give a Message Summary (will be used as subject for an email) and then “fill in” the message box. There are some simple formatting options available – under the View/Style Toolbar. Sample below has the View/Style Toolbar displayed.
Options to determine who, how and when the message is sent are set up in the different areas of the screen, below the message. Screen shot below is for posting to the Family or Student Wall:
