TestNav Clipboard Error

During IAR testing using TestNav software, this error, or a similar error, may occur:

"TestNav has detected the following feature(s) enabled on your device:
- Save multiple items on the Cloud Clipboard

TestNav has been shut down. You may need assistance from your test monitor to restart the test. Msg 5044"

Cause:  "Cloud Clipboard" is active on student's device.


Step 1)  click the "Start" or "Windows" button and search for Cloud Clipboard Syncing

Step 2)  In the Clipboard Settings window, make sure Clipboard History is set to "Off"

Your issue is now resolved.
