If you go to write on your SMARTboard and notice that the tray lights up but nothing is writing on the screen, please follow these steps to fix this issue.
- Go to your board and press the two buttons below the eraser on the pen tray (or if you have a newer model there will be a button all the way to the right that looks like a + sign)
- Press these until the orientation screen shows up on the SMARTboard. Then go through the orientation process and your pens will now write on the board.
